2. Request a return and provide reason
3. Pack the item securely with all accessories
4. Drop off at your nearest Altmart Hub
5. Wait for inspection and confirmation

Refund Processing

• Approved returns: Refund processed within 5-7 business days
• Payment method: Refund issued to original payment method
• Escrow transactions: Funds released after buyer confirms collection

Non-Returnable Items

• Digital products and downloadable content
• Personalized or custom-made items
• Perishable goods
• Items damaged due to misuse
